
Dine Fine Dining Catering was established by chef Glen Carr who has more than 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in London and Australia.
Glen was head chef of Auge Restaurant for three and a half years, where they won the prestigious award of best Italian and Restaurant of the Year in South Australia the last two years he was with them.
More recently, after opening the kitchen for The Lane Vineyard, Glen has helped secure another success in the Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for excellence- this time for Best New Restaurant in SA 2008. Having started Dine Fine Dining Catering in 2007 he looks forward to providing high class food and service, and prides himself on making the experience exceed your expectations.

Wine selections can be provided, working closely with your menu selections. Upon quantities request Dine will match wine with food options to improve your experience. Dine Catering is also glad to recommend qualities of alcohol you may need for your special event.
Dine is only too happy to guide and assist you with hiring any equipment that you may require. Dine will organise all hiring aspects for your event, working closely with you on your requirements, from a marquee for a garden event down to hiring of extra glassware.
