For any event, service is an integral part of the day and an important aspect to consider.
To assure you receive efficient and prompt service, Dine Catering recommends the following staff numbers to guests as an approximate guide.
Please note these are a guide and may change due to function styles and requirements.
one staff member 1 -15 guests
two staff members 15-30 guests
three staff members 30-60 guests
four staff members 60-100 guests
Dine catering provides both food and drinks staff and is pleased to provide a staff breakdown of hours noting staff duties.
All menus quoting prices include chefs hours. Waiting and kitchen hand hours are an additional cost and are charged at the following rates:
Staff Charges
Waiting staff $33.00 + gst per hour (minimum three hour shift)
Kitchen hand staff $25.00 + gst per hour (minimum three hour shift)
Travel charges apply to functions outside the CBD area.
One hour charge applies per staff member. |
