If you want a five star dining experience without the fuss Glen has it all. We will never self cater a special occasion again. Our family said it was the best dining experience they’ve ever had (it’s still much talked about!). Having lived and worked overseas for the last 20 years, we’ve been to some of the best restaurants; this is in our opinion comparable! "Glen Carr was our first choice of caterer for a recent function at home. We were initially drawn to his reputation at quality Adelaide restaurants and he did not disappoint. The restaurant quality food was prepared in our kitchen with fabulous results.
Amazingly, Glen prepared his food without any explanation of the idiosyncrasies of our kitchen/ bbq equipment. Truly a professional! He walked in, prepared the food, cleaned the kitchen and neatly stored away all the leftovers for our repeated enjoyment.
Importantly, we received many great comments from our guests, several of whom walked away with Glen's business card. Glen is a highly competent chef who was also a pleasure to have in our home."
