Glen has an extensive history in the field, having fed media personalities and musicians in some of the most reputable restaurants across the world. Glen established the business after filling the role of Head Chef at Auge Restaurant; serving authentic Italian cuisine. Throughout his career, he’s continually pushed the boundaries to bring flavours that take people on a unique culinary journey.
